成品制作法
●原味水果冻配方:
1. 先将果冻T粉与砂糖秤重后混合拌匀, 加入沸水搅拌均匀。
2. 水果切丁放入模具, 再注入果冻T液, 静置冷却, 冷藏后即可食用。
材料 果冻T 砂糖
重量 50g 230g 1800ml



●咖啡冻配方:
1. 先将果冻T粉, 咖啡粉, 砂糖秤重后混合拌匀, 加入沸水搅拌均匀。
 2. 将咖啡冻液注入模具, 静置冷却, 冷藏后即可食用。
※食用时可加入鲜奶或炼奶, 风味更佳

材料 果冻T 砂糖 咖啡粉
重量 50g 220g 20g 1800ml


 ●果汁水果冻配方:
1. 先将果冻T粉, 砂糖秤重后混合拌匀, 加入沸水搅拌均匀。
2. 加入果汁再续煮至80℃即可注入模具, 静置冷却, 冷藏后即可食用。 
材料 果冻T 砂糖 果汁

Directions
●Original Fruit Jelly Recipe:
1. Please bring Sugar(230g), Yin Fa Jelly T(50g) into cookpan and mix well.
2. Add boiled water (1800ml)  into the cookpan and stir until completely dissolved.
3. Pour the Jelly T mixture into molds, add sliced fruits, and then put into the refrigerator before serving.

●Coffee Jelly Recipe:
1. Please bring Sugar(220g), Yin Fa Jelly T(50g), Coffee Powder(20g) into cookpan and mix well.
2. Add boiled water (1800ml)  into the cookpan and stir until completely dissolved.
3. Pour the Jelly T mixture into molds, put into the refrigerator before serving.
※You may add milk or condence milk for better taste.

●Juice Jelly Recipe:
1. Please bring Sugar(100g), Yin Fa Jelly T(50g) into cookpan and mix well.        
2. Add boiled water (850ml)  into the cookpan and stir until completely dissolved.       
3. Add Juice(1000ml) into the cookpan and heat the mixture until 80°.       
 4. Pour the Jelly T mixture into molds, put into the refrigerator before serving.
